FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW THICK ARE THE COOKIES?

Just over 1/4” for the sugar cookie recipe on the back of the packaging. The Gingerbread puffs up a bit more.

The packaging shows ACTUAL cookies that I personally baked and decorated. I guarantee that you get exactly what you see.

For me, these are the perfect, generous size for the AVERAGE baker like myself.

WON’T THEY SPREAD INTO EACH OTHER?

No! The recipe for the sugar cookie dough I have on the back is a standard recipe which does not spread. This is why you get perfect shapes. I designed the sheet to allow for a maximum number of assorted shapes. They are spaced perfectly so that you get exactly what you see.

The Gingerbread recipe is standard too. This type of dough puffs and spreads minimally. I have designed it to allow for that. They may touch or not, but they will not blend into each other.

can i use another recipe?

YES! Just make sure it’s a basic recipe (flour, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla - that’s it!)

can i use store-bought dough?

I don’t recommend it if you want perfect cookie shapes. I’ve used the store bought sugar cookie dough and it spreads a lot. Also, the ingredients are gross. I have tried the store bought gingerbread dough and it doesn’t spread & it tastes pretty good. But again, the ingredients…

ARE THEY DISHWASHER SAFE?

Yes. They are rated for up to 170 degrees. If you are unsure of how hot your dishwasher is, then be on the safe side and hand wash. I always put mine in the dishwasher on the bottom rack and have never had a problem.

CAN I RETURN THEM?

All sales are final. It is cost prohibitive for returns due re-stocking fees and soaring shipping rates.
